Project 4: Industrial Complex

2840 Oregon St. is an industrial complex containing four buildings with a total of 25,462 SQFT for rental space. The lot is 1.34 acres and is located near many of the largest industrial companies Oshkosh, WI has to offer.

• Industrial Building 1 is 10,068 SQFT, has multiple bay doors for trucks & loading. It also contains an office, a certified weigh station, and multiple amperages for electrical.
• Industrial Building 2 is much smaller than its counterpart at 2,194 SQFT. It has multiple amperages, a drive-in bay door in the back, a small office as well as a shop. It has a simple utilitarian feel to it.
• Storage Building 1 is a wood framed cold storage building. It has drive in access and two bay doors for loading. Fork lift friendly. This building is 7,200 SQFT
• Storage Building 2 is a large metal Quonset. This space is used as cold storage. Storage Building 2 has drive in access and well as multiple bay loading doors. This building is 6,000 SQFT.
